Jeffrey Russell joined C1 in January 2023, having served in various leadership roles across technology and business consulting services for more than 35 years. He brings a proven history of supporting teams to create and implement innovative solutions for clients, building out differentiated industry-based capabilities and strengthening relationships with leading technology ecosystem partners. He was most recently President and CEO of Accenture Canada, where he delivered cross-industry market share growth. He holds BSC and MSC degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Manitoba.

Omar Bhatti has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the professional services industry. He joined C1 in 2022 and previously held executive roles at GDIT, CSC, and Accenture. Omar holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from George Mason University, actively supports community STEM initiatives, and has a history of growing public-private partnerships that create resilient talent ecosystems across a full range of next-generation IT services.

Amrit’s prior executive leadership roles at Oracle, RingCentral, and 8x8 have established him as a well-known and respected thought leader. Rui Goncalves has more than 20 years of experience building and leading diverse legal and business teams in the software development, manufacturing, and services industries in the U.S. and abroad. As Chief Legal Officer, Rui oversees all legal functions, including all contracts, risk management, and real estate initiatives, while providing guidance and serving as a part of the executive leadership team. Candace Holt serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at C1. Candace joined C1 in 2023 from Accenture in Canada, where she held roles leading Global Alliances for Accenture’s SAP CX business and, most recently, was the Business Operations lead for the Canadian Market Unit and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Accenture Canada. Prior to her Accenture experience, Candace held leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management with CrossView, Inc. Candace holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As CTO, Mark Langanki spearheads C1's innovations in technology solutions and services. He spent 25 years as the Chief Operating Officer at Spanlink Communications, which we brought on board in 2014. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mark has been an instructor there since 1996 and in 2014 assumed the role of Associate Program Director.

She joined C1 from Atos International, where she was the Vice President, North America Service Operations. Tamara holds a BBA degree from University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business and an MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce and has been both PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Steve Spitzer, C1's interim CFO, is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of management and consulting experience.

 

His operational experience includes acting as the senior financial executive for a division of a multibillion dollar direct marketing and media company, interim treasurer for a publicly traded manufacturing company, and CFO for a private equity backed magazine publishing company.

 

He has experience in establishing financial control policies and procedures, developing long range business plans, designing management reporting tools, and creating liquidity forecasts. He has spent the last 10 years as a consultant providing restructuring leadership and investment banking services for companies in the media, direct marketing, entertainment, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries.
